  • 1960 World‘s first  SEMI DRY and DRY HEAD

  • 1980 KSL develops its first multi-needle sewing unit (KL 950)
  • 1987 World‘s first  SINGLE- AND DOUBLE NEEDLE POST BED MACHINE with electronic feed wheel and driven roller
  • 1995 World‘s first  NEEDLE POSITIONING MOTOR
  • 1999 First 3D sewing robot unit (KL 500)
  • 2000 World‘s first  MACHINE WITH SPEED RESPONSIVE PRESSER FOOT REGULATOR (SRP)
  • 2006 World premiere of „programmed welding“ at the IMB fair in Germany
  • 2009 PFAFF presents the first welding machine with an edge trimming device
  • 2010 KSL develops first high-speed filter pocket system (FPS 300)
  • 2011 „Innovation Award 2011 / TEXPROCESS Frankfurt“ for the Docu-seam system PFAFF Powerline 3721 (equipped with roller presser and optional edge trimmer)
  • 2018 The first hot air reflective tape machine tape cutter has been displayed (PFAFF 8323)
